Recipes	Chilled Spiced Peach Soup With Cinnamon Croutons 1 68 oz. Container Fruitblendz Peach Fruit Sauce 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon 1 Tsp Ground Ginger 1 Tsp Ground Allspice 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream 1 Cup Plain, Non-Fat Yogurt 1/2 Cup Orchard Splash 46-oz. RTD Orange Juice 1 Tbs Rum Extract 3 Tbs Melted Butter For Croutons 1 Tbs Brown Sugar For Croutons 1/4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon For Croutons 4 Slices Whole Wheat Bread For Croutons Combine fruit sauce, spices, cream, yogurt, orange juice & extract together in a glass, plastic or non-reactive bowl, blend together until smooth. Portion into crocks or bowls and place in a cooler until well chilled. For the croutons: Combine the melted butter, sugar and cinnamon. Spread this mixture evenly over one side of each slice of wheat bread. bake the bread slices in a 400-degree oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the bread is crisp and topping is bubbly. Cut each slice into 8 small triangles or squares. Sprinkle the croutons on top of each portion of chilled soup at service and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Another attractive additional garnish is to place a small dollop of whipped cream on top of the soup with the croutons and mint.
