Recipes	Hawaiian Marinade and Glaze 3 Cup soy sauce 4 Cup brown sugar 1 Cup orange flavor rum 1 Cup honey 1 Tbl ground nutmeg 1 Tbl ground white pepper 12 garlic cloves, minced 4 Tbl fresh ground ginger 2 Cup FruitBlendz™ pineapple puree 3 Cup chicken stock 2 Tbl kosher salt 1 Cup Carbotrol® pineapple chunks, diced 4 Tbl corn starch 4 Tbl water Instructions for Hawaiian Marinade and Glaze Mix all ingredients, except the corn starch and water, very well in a mixing bowl. Use ½ of the mixture for the marinade. Place the remaining sauce into a medium sauce pot and bring to a simmer. Cook 5 minutes and check seasoning. Combine the corn starch and water to dissolve, then slowly mix into sauce while simmering until thickened. Uses for Hawaiian Marinade and Glaze Ideal as a marinade for pork tenderloin, chops, chicken, or seafood. Finish with healthy basting of glaze.
